A Management Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to organizations to help them improve their overall performance and achieve their strategic goals. They analyze business processes, identify potential areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency, increase revenue, and reduce costs. Task Percentage of daily time

  • Manage Employee relations and PayRoll - Approximately 25% of daily work time.
  • Contracts and SOW - Approximately 20% of daily work time.
  • Vendor negotiations and Client Meetups - Approximately 20% of daily work time.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients' industries, markets, and competitors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree, such as an MBA, is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and recommendations to diverse audiences.

Sr. Data Engineer / Technical Analyst
Responsibilities & Skill Set

  • Work with the Data Engineers in creating the ingestion metadata for processing from Source to Raw-Composed.
  • Do integration testing for the ingestion pipelines, analyze and resolve data discrepancy issues between sources to compose which are not related to Ingestion Framework Code.
  • Validate, Test and provide improvement suggestions on the Data Processing and Data Lineage capture framework.
  • Work with the business users to identify and resolve the data/recon issues identified in the Raw Composed layer tables.
  • Analysis of Users, Systems Entitlement, Data Classifications, PII data elements identification
  • Create IAM Roles and Policies relevant to newly added sources and tables based on entitlements
  • Update S3 bucket policies relevant to newly added sources/tables
  • Update S3 Lifecycle policies to move archived objects to Glacier
  • Create and setup Consumption Access, Apply and obtain EDIT / SLICE approvals

Sr. Application Developer
Responsibilities & Skill Set

  • Work closely with Solution Architect to Design and Develop various Web based Applications
  • Collaborate with DBA's, EA's and Solution Architect to Design and Develop various Database Applications
  • Work with QA Teams to perform Integration testing, UAT support and perform appropriate code/bug fixes

The Onsite Dynamics 365 Test lead QA lead will be expected to

  • Lead the Dynamics 365 Test lead implementation testing from our client s San Francisco offices
  • Estimate, prepare RTM, System Integration test plans, test strategy, execute and provide status reporting and metrics to stakeholders
  • Perform Project Management, identify risks and prepare mitigation plans, and drive the QA process and governance for the project
  • Participate in daily/weekly/on demand scrums, program level meetings, defect meetings, onshore / offshore meetings, participate in/drive interactions with third parties
  • Follow established client QA processes and protocols
  • Plan and manage the offshore project team tasks, drive the test planning and execution to meet the quality standards and timelines as required by the project
  • Work closely with the Dev, Infrastructure and Business teams to plan requirements, resolve issues, and to deliver the project
  • Send daily status reports to all identified stakeholders
  • Identify relevant project metrics, capture them and communicate to all stakeholders
  • Lead defect triage meetings and be accountable for overall defect management

Skills and Expertise:

  • Must have prior expertise and thorough knowledge on Dynamics 365 cloud implementation integration testing
  • Should have worked in, and have expertise in the retail domain
  • Must have strong expertise in managing all aspects of Testing Lifecycle independently
  • Must have prior experience of managing medium sized offshore teams, and working in a global setup
  • Must have prior experience of leading medium to large technology initiatives
  • Must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Should be able to articulate ideas in a structured manner and lead meaningful conversations with stakeholders
  • Must be highly customer centric, should be able to understand and align with customer goals and objectives
  • Should be a team player and strive for team and project success
  • Should have excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have expertise in SDLC, STLC and have worked in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
